1. Wash regularly. Wash your vagina atleast 3 times daily.
2. Avoid tight and uncomfortable panties. Tight panties reduce
the air space around the vagina which will inturn enhance the formation of bacteria around the vagina.
3. Wear cotton panties. Cotton panties are very good liquid absorbers. The vagina naturally produces some liquid substance from time to time. If the discharge is not absorbed properly, it starts to smell.
4. Avoid using strong vagina cleansers and perfumes.
5. Eat fruits especially pineapple. Pineapple will help enhance the vagina smell leaving a long lasting pineapple flavour.
6. Clean up after sex. Please always remember to wash your vagina after sex.
7. After using the toilet, wash your vagina from front to back to avoid transfering bacteria from the anus to the vagina.
8. Use health vagina care products.
